Zespri Display Contest 2026 Terms & Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”)

By accessing this website, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

The Promotion

  • The Terms and Conditions herein apply to the “Zespri Display Competition 2026” (“Promotion”).
  • Zespri International (Singapore) Pte Limited (“Zespri”) reserves the right to make any changes, modifications, or additions to these terms as they see fit.
  • Participants must fulfil the following requirements to be eligible to enter the Promotion:
    • To have Zespri 2026 point of sale display up for entire contest period from 1 May 2026 and ending on 30 September 2026.
  • Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Eligibility

  • This Promotion is valid in Singapore only and is only open to Fairprice and Cold Storage physical retail stores (excluding any collaborative stores with other brands such as ExxonMobil) determined by Zespri in its sole discretion.
  • The determination of the participating retail stores by Zespri will be final and be notified by Zespri to the relevant stores.  

Contest Period

  • Contest period is from 1 May 2026 and ending on 30 September 2026.
  • Zespri shall not be responsible for lost, late, or failed online transmission. Incomplete, inaccurate details or illegible entries will be disqualified.
  • Winners will be picked by Zespri based on sales and displays (of which 50% relates to the sales and 50% relates to the store display after the last day of contest period, being 30 September 2026.
  • Value of the prizes stated is as of 1 April 2026. which is subjected to variations. In the event that the stated prizes become unavailable subsequent to the promotion period, Zespri reserve the rights to substitute the prizes with identical products of equivalent value.

Prize

  • Top prizes may include Tickets to New Zealand Trade Tour with Return Tickets on Economy class for 1. Further details about the full range of prizes will be notified by Zespri in writing to the participants.
  • Each prize must be claimed by 30 December 2026, after Zespri had contacted selected winner.
  • Prize redemption and utilisation will be subject to the terms and conditions of any third party operator(s).
  • Each prize is awarded on an ‘as-is’ basis and are not transferable, negotiable, refundable or exchangeable.  Zespri reserves the right to amend any prize or not to award any prize or part thereof to any person who, for any reason whatsoever, fails to meet any stipulated requirement in order to claim a prize.  Zespri also reserves the right to substitute any winner subsequently found to have forfeited the prize, or to be disqualified, for any reason whatsoever, with an alternative winner.   
  • All winners will be notified via respective retailer team.
  • Prizes not claimed by 30 December 2026 will be deemed to have been forfeited.
  • Please refer to the website and the terms and conditions of the issuing operator or airline in relation to the details of their package.

Personal Data Protection

  • Each participant entering the Promotion agrees to the use, processing and retention of its Personal Data to the extent required for the Purposes and in the manner set out below, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. 
  • If relevant, Zespri may be collecting personal data about participants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Zespri’s privacy policy at https://www.zespri.com/en-NZ/privacypolicy.  By participating in the contest, each participant hereby agrees to the Zespri’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Zespri’s privacy policy.
  • Each participant agrees to submit true, accurate, current and complete information (including Personal Data) for the purposes of the Promotion.
  • For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “Personal Data” means information about you, from which you are identifiable, including but not limited to your name, email address, age, mobile number and any information about you which you have provided to Zespri by answering the questions and/or any information about you that has been or may be collected, stored, used and processed by Zespri from time to time, which may include sensitive personal data such as data relating to health, religious or other similar beliefs.
  • The provision of your Personal Data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide Zespri your Personal Data, this may cause you to be ineligible to participate in the Promotion.
  • Zespri may use and process your Personal Data for business and activities of Zespri which shall include, without limitation the following (the “Purposes”):
    • to process participation in the promotion and to communicate with you regarding your participation in the Promotion;
    • to respond to questions, comments and feedback from you;
    • to (i) gauge the interests of individuals to receiving e-mail updates and (ii) if in the event that there are sufficient interests as determined by Zespri, to provide e-mails to you in relation to future updates, promotions, offers or marketing campaigns (if you have consented by agreeing to this feature through the Promotion Website);
    • to communicate with you for any of the purposes listed herein;
    • for internal administrative purposes;
    • for external administrative purposes with agencies and any third party operator in relation to the Promotion; and
    • for Zespri to comply with its obligations under law.
  • You are able to withdraw your consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Data pursuant to Zespri’s privacy policy.
  • Zespri may engage third party service providers, agents and other organisations to perform any of the functions with reference to the above Purposes. Information will be stored securely.
  • Zespri may disclose your Personal Data to third party service providers, agents and other organisations it has engaged to perform any of the functions with reference to the above Purposes.

Other Conditions

  • In participating in the contest, each participant acknowledges and agrees that Zespri will not have any responsibility or liability for any warranties, maintenance, taxes, additional costs, statements or matters (express or implied) contained in, arising out of, or derived from any information regarding: (i) the relevant prizes to be redeemed and utilised with the issuing third party operator under their terms and conditions (including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the prizes);  (ii) the state of the hotel or restaurant facilities and any other amenities prevailing at the time each winner utilises the package with the issuing third party operator; and  the state of the flight(s) prevailing at the time each winner utilises the flight package with the issuing airline.   
  • Zespri reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this contest should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, epidemics, pandemics or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the contest. Zespri reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, participant, or retail store it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or any web site.  Zespri may prohibit an entrant from participating in the contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Zespri's representatives. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; THE ORGANISER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
  • By participating in this Promotion, each participant acknowledges and agrees: (a) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; (b) that all decisions by Zespri is final and binding; (c) that they are not a person prohibited under the laws of their country of citizenship, residency or domicile to participate in any games of skill or contest like this Promotion; (d) that they will comply with all laws and regulations and any relevant internal policies when participating in this Promotion, including (but not limited to) the redemption or acceptance of the awarded prize. Zespri reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and participants shall be bound by such changes.
  • In no event will Zespri or any of its affiliates be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of the participant’s acceptance of a prize, the use of a prize, their entry into the Promotion, or their participation in any prize-related activity. By entering into the Promotion, you hereby release and agree to hold harmless Zespri, its directors, employees and officers, and its affiliates from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, causes of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that you may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly.
  • Zespri’s decision on all matters relating to this contest shall be final, conclusive and binding. Zespri or the organiser is not obliged to give any reasons to any participant on any matter in relation to the contest.
  • If any term of these Terms and Conditions or part thereof is rendered void, illegal or unenforceable by any legislation to which it is subject, it shall be rendered void, illegal or unenforceable to that extent and it shall in no way affect or prejudice the enforceability of the remainder of such term or other terms of this Promotion.
  • In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions with any advertising, promotional or publicity materials in relation to or in connection with the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  • A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Ac (Cap.53B), or any amendment thereto, to enforce any term of such agreement.
  • This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Singapore law and any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
  • All date and time references are based on Singapore GMT + 8 Standard Time Zone.

General use of website

  • The content of this website is for Promotion purposes only and is subject to change without notice.
  • Use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk and Zespri shall have no liability in relation thereto.
